Privately owned and managed by the Blevin family who have lived in the area for many years, Shayamoya exudes a warm and friendly atmosphere. With the wonderful rain, the Lake level is currently at 72% and tiger fishing should be flying in March and April. Fishing has been tough this year due to huge extremes in the environment. From a cold and dry winter when the water went down to 43%, followed by heavy rains raising the level to 72% in a few months. Tigers are best suited to stable conditions.
